What you need to know about refund requests
  • Our refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience is as smooth as possible and gives you a “fair go” by using a baseline standard.
  • Your refund request will be sent either to the seller or the MSB Cloud Team to review.
  • If your refund request is declined by the seller and you disagree with the seller's decision, you can raise a dispute to have our MSB Cloud Team investigate the claim.
  • For any reason, if the seller doesn't reply to anything regarding the refund request for the last 3+ days then you will get a full refund.
  • You may get a full refund or partial refund or nothing depending on the situation. The decision of the MSB Cloud Team is final.
  • If your refund request got approved then that refund amount will be added to your MSB Cloud's account wallet. So you can use that wallet balance to purchase other services from the MSB Cloud marketplace.

Before requesting a refund, read the points below
  • We don't provide refunds for Digital Downloads / eBook-related products. But the buyer will get back the full paid amount back if the downloadable product is somehow corrupted and unable to open.
  • For service-based orders, you may get a refund if the seller was unable to provide delivery according to his agreement.
  • Your refund request will be rejected if you requested a refund for the completed order.

Note: We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. For any reason, if this fails then Buyers can request a refund. MSB Cloud's Customer Support department is always available for the right judgment.
